| From the RD News Desk |
| Report Last Updated: 02.04.2009 |
| Numerous service companies are struggling to survive in today's down turned economy. Some companies are resorting to underhanded tactics to gain revenue. XM Radio has proven to be one of these companies. |
| Sirius XM Radio Inc. (Public, NASDAQ: SIRI) closed at 0.142. The 52 week high is 3.89. The 52 week low was reported as 0.08. The Money Times reported Sirius XM Radio as the worst stock for 2009. The report specified the service is "simply not necessary". |
|
Consequently, bankruptcy is imminent. Who will suffer? The customers who are currently subscribed. Customers who have paid high prices for hardware of various sorts to listen to the satellite feeds. Most of all, one of the biggest customer base XM Radio has is the professional driver in America. Truckdrivers become addicted to XM due to the fact it does have an excellent product for truckers. The flip side is XM is scamming it's best customers. |
| If you "Google" XM Radio Scam, the first listing in the search is consumer complaints on ConsumerAffairs.com. The page is so long it will take forever to load the submitted complaints. These complaints have not gone unnoticed. A class action law suit is being prepared for Truckers. Lawyers are seeking clients to enlist as parties to the suit. |
| It is not the first filing of a class action against XM Radio. It certainly will not be the last. In today's service economy, XM left out the term "service" for it's customer base. If you wish to unsubscribe from XM Radio. You'll most likely need a Lawyer to get it completed. |
| The best tip to remember when you
unsubscribe... nothing is free in life. |
